Dear Friends,

It’s that time of the year again, CINCO DE MAYO!!
I would like to make a special invitation to your organization to be a part of this exciting event. Last year we had over 3,000 people attend the event. This year we have a wonderful event planned.

The event will take place Saturday May 1, 2010 from 12 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. at the Long Lines Family Recreation Center, 401 Gordon Drive, Sioux City, Iowa. Vendors/Exhibitors may start setting up at 8 a.m. Booths must be open by 11:00 a.m. Booths must continue opened until the end of the event.

I hope that you will consider having a booth at the event. Booth space for non-profit agencies is $50.00. All other agencies/business the cost for booth space is $100.00.

Booth Sites:
Booth space set up includes:

8’ x 10’ area with one table and two chairs
You are welcome to bring an extra table
Electricity is available with advance notice. Please bring a 50’ – 12 gauge grounded extension cord and outlet strip.

You may decorate your booth site, in fact we strongly encourage it to bring out the FIESTA MOOD!!
